We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Guru to join our team in JPA Brenson Lawlor.  Established over 45 years ago, JPA Brenson Lawlor is now in the Top 20 practices by size in the ROI. The firm is led by six partners and supported by over 85 staff.

The successful candidate will have a previous track record working as a Digital Marketing specialist preferably within a professional services or financial services environment.  You will have outstanding communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and results orientated approach and have strong planning and organisational abilities. You will be driven, proactive and be able to work autonomously.

The role includes all matters in relation to the social media strategy for JPA Brenson Lawlor.  Including managing the website, social media communications and events. The role will include sector research, implementing the marketing strategy and building our brand identity.



  • Contribute to and influence the direction of social media strategy
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online content through the website, Linkedin & Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Provide creative ideas for content to include; Blogging,  websites & Linkedin articles
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
  • Provide an SEO prospective on content creation and social media
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Contribute the marketing presence for events
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Designing and publishing the intranet newsletter


Skills / Attributes Required:

  • A degree or equivalent social media / digital marketing qualification
  • Proven experience as digital marketing executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Strong editorial and verbal skills with experience in creative content writing, blogging and publishing
  • Keeping up to date with Sector information and updates
  • Ability to continually improve and enhance the company’s social media output
  • The ability to build and develop strong business relationships
  • A creative self-starter with the ability to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
  • Fluent Written and Spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely well-organised with proven time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively


Part Time

20 Hours Per Week
