Position - TAX SENIOR 

CandidateThe successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Proficient in the provision of compliance services.
  • A drive to develop tax knowledge and progress in a career in tax.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computing skills, including excel, word, tax applications.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team and highly motivated.


The role is to primarily assist in the provision and coordination of compliance services for both corporate and personal clients.  There would be an expectation that the role would evolve to managing the provision of compliance services to clients and assisting with client tax planning projects.

The primary responsibilities will be:

  • Provide tax compliance services for corporate and personal clients.
  • Deal with queries from clients on all tax matters.
  • Liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients and assisting with Revenue aspect queries.
  • Liaise with audit & accounts department on tax compliance matters.
  • Manage compliance work flows in timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with reviewing the work of trainees within the department.
  • Coaching and mentoring of trainees within the department.
  • Assist with identifying tax efficient opportunities for clients.

Tax Manager

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the delivery of tax obligations for a diverse list of clients with the prospect of career development within a fast moving professional environment.

The Role:

The role is to primarily to drive the provision and coordination of tax compliance services for clients. There would be an assumption that the candidate will seek to progress the services provided to clients and assist with the training and skills of team members.

The obligations include to:-

  • Head up a client portfolio and ensure that clients receive a quality service by all team members.
  • Deal with compliance queries from clients on all tax matters.
  • Manage and conclude Revenue interventions.
  • Lead the training and coaching of team members.
  • Manage compliance work flows.
  • Contribute to the development of the tax function and augment tax compliance delivery efficiencies.
  • Be in a position to take charge of their future career progression to include tax advisory functions.

Skills and Experience:

Qualified CTA with relevant experience with all major tax heads in particular corporation tax and income tax.
