Company Formations
The formation can be tailored to meet your exact requirements which includes:
- Incorporation of all types of companies ranging from private to public to companies limited by guarantee
- Incorporation within 5 working days as our firm is part of the Fe Phrann scheme operated by the Companies Registration Office
- Checking the availability of proposed names
- Tailoring the objects clause and Articles of the company to meet your specific requirements
- Provision of the statutory minute book and the company seal
- Provision of copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Provision of the necessary share certificates, board minutes etc.
- Tax registration (if required)
Details required for all incorporations:
- Proposed company name(s)
- Details of directors/company secretary (name, address, date of birth, occupation, nationality, other directorships (if any) and PPS number)
- Registered office address (which is required to be in the state)
- Place where trade is to be carried on (if different from registered office)
- Place where central administration is carried on (if different from registered office)
- Proposed authorised and issued share capital
- Name and address of each shareholder or the sole share holder (if a single member company)
- Proposed objects/activities of the company
