Requirement to have an 'Irish Registered Director'
Under The Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1999, all Irish incorporated companies are required to have an Irish resident director subject two exceptions outlined below:
1. Certificate of Real & Continuous Economic Link:
- We can organise the issuing of such this certificate which states that a company has a real and continuous link with one or more activities carried on in the State.
2. An insurance bond to the value of €25,394.76:
- We can arrange for the issuing this bond through our Insurance Brokers at competitive rates.
